ASTI is expanding its production and information networks globally, focusing on rapidly growing emerging markets. We currently operate seven facilities across India, Vietnam, China, and the Philippines, each specializing in distinct areas to create an efficient horizontal division of labor. Japanese staff are stationed at each location, enabling us to deliver “high quality, low cost, and stable supply” that meets the needs of our customers' local factories under the same technical training and production management systems as in Japan.
1. ASTI ELECTRONICS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
(Located in IMT Manesar Industrial Area, Haryana, India)
It was established as an industry pioneer in an industrial park near New Delhi.
The production system focuses on electronic circuit board assembly lines and resin molding lines, supported by a IATF16949-certified quality management system. It supplies specialized products such as vehicle control modules (BCMs) and EV chargers to automotive and two-wheeler manufacturers. In addition, to respond to market growth and changing demands, it has established an R&D Center and is working on developing in-house products specifically targeting the Indian market.

2. ASTI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
(Located in Mandal Industrial Area, Gujarat, India)
It was established in August 2017 in Gujarat, India, where demand is rapidly growing, and was completed in February 2020.
To meet the electrification and digitalization needs of automotive and two-wheeler manufacturers, it has built a production system equipped with cleanroom environments and high-precision assembly machines. The facility primarily supplies high-quality automotive control units and related products.

3. ASTI ELECTRONICS CORPORATION
(Located in Tan Dong Hiep B Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam)
It is located in Ho Chi Minh in southern Vietnam and operates as a comprehensive production base with lines for electronic circuit board assembly, resin molding, and resin-injected boards.
As the largest wire harness production site within the ASTI Group, it plays a vital role in our operations. It has expanded our business primarily by supplying Japanese manufacturers, but exports to Southeast Asian countries are also increasing, accelerating our global expansion. Utilizing in-house developed inspection equipment and unique production Engineering technology systems, the facility serves as a model for ASTI Group’s localization efforts, achieving optimization of quality, cost, and delivery.

(Located in Quang Minh Industrial Park, Hanoi, Vietnam)
It is located in Hanoi, the northern capital of Vietnam, and is equipped with the latest large-scale electronic circuit board assembly lines.
It supplies electronic components to a wide range of Japanese manufacturers in automotive, home appliances, and other industries. The facility also produces wire harnesses for two-wheeler manufacturers.

5. ASTI RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT VIETNAM CORPORATION
(Located in Da Nang, Vietnam)
It is an R&D Center established in Da Nang, the third-largest city in central Vietnam.
The center engages in the development of production equipment such as image inspection systems and electronic circuit board inspection equipment, provides technical support to factories in Vietnam, and conducts product and circuit board design in collaboration with R&D teams in Japan. Additionally, it focuses on developing new technologies and nurturing Vietnamese engineers who play active roles globally.

6. HANGZHOU ASTI ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.
(Located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China)
It was established in the Economic Development Zone of Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
The facility is equipped with electronic circuit board assembly and resin injection lines. It manufactures and supplies components for home appliances, targeting the domestic Chinese market.

7. ASTI MANUFACTURING PHILIPPINES INC.
(Located in FPIP II Industrial Park, Batangas, Philippines)
It was established in 2023 as a new production base, following the factory in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, as part of the Group’s BCP (Business Continuity Planning) strategy.
With only a one-hour time difference from Japan, the facility enables close collaboration and primarily produces wire harnesses for two-wheelers.
