Information Security Policy
ASTI Corporation recognizes its social responsibility as a company and aims to contribute to society. We consider the information, computers, networks, and other information systems handled in all our business activities (hereinafter referred to as “information assets”) as critical assets, and we are committed to their protection and management.
We strive to maintain and improve the security of our information assets, with particular emphasis on enhancing our defenses against increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks. To fulfill our responsibility as a company trusted by our business partners and society at large, we establish the following fundamental policy:
1. We will comply with all laws and regulations related to information security, as well as contractual obligations with our customers, business partners, and other relevant parties.
2. We will establish a system to properly manage its information assets to maintain and improve information security. The Information Security Committee will be established to ensure a unified approach across the entire organization.
3. We will implement appropriate control measures to protect our information assets against threats to their confidentiality, integrity, and availability. In addition, appropriate controls are established to ensure business continuity.
4. We will promote awareness of information security among employees and provide the necessary education and training.
5. We will promptly investigate the cause if any information security incident occurs, minimize the impact, and take measures to prevent recurrence.
6. We are committed to ensuring a robust cybersecurity framework in providing our products and services.
