Job Description and Capacity	Mechanical design for production equipment and toolings To be dealing with finished product such as power electronics charging devices, control panels in automobile component operartions and various types of other controllers To design and organizing production related facilities, equipment, toolings etc. Strucrual designs within facilities, consisting with automated robot or air cylinders and such combinations To design production toolings incorporating aluminum and resign elements Evaluation for production facilitioes, jigs, other mechinical systems and component Overall function Possess knowledges and experiences to realize mass production molding tools (e.g. dies) for mechanical component being designed In terms of structure, it is possible to design equipment combining robots and air cylinders.Also, the ability to design jigs and tools consisting of aluminum and plastic parts. Mechanical evaluation of production equipment and tools Capable to conduct strain test, operation load measurement, withstand temperature test, etc. General negotiation with customer, external processing maker and internal personnel when designing production equipment and tools

Aanticipated Salary	Upto 6 million yen per annum (including bonus and all other benefit) ※ Salary may vary acordingly to employee's experience and other related expertise
Compensation	Dependency allowance, duty contribution, commuting allowance, rotating shift work compensation, overtime working compensation, housing allowance etc.
Work Hours	08:00 to 17:00 hours
