Our newly developed, integrated injection molding process (Patent Pending) provides higher reliability and significant cost savings compared to conventional bonding type.
The needle hub (Luer connector), which can be connected to a general-purpose syringe, is integrated injection molded with the microneedle.
*For reliable drug delivery, we recommend using the dedicated applicator.

Bonding-type Hollow Microneedle 【1】【2】

Microneedles with transverse holes are made through the precise bonding of two micro molded components.
In vaccine experiments (in rats) showed that intradermal delivery using the microneedle produced higher immune activity compared to standard subcutaneous injection.
