Required Languages	Fluent Japanese and English (capable to conduct business aspects), Chinese and Vietnamese are desirable
Least Job Requirement/Preferred Qwuoplifications	Requirement: ・Capable to handle Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) ・Ordinary Japanese driver's license Preferred Experience in: ・Working more than 3 years of component manufacturing plant ・Production process control ・Enable to work in shift operation (in case of working at Miyakoda plant) ・ISO based quality control ・Hands-on skills for soldering
Profile of Cadidate Sought	Personnel(s) with good cooperative mind, duly responsible attitude, mentally robust and physically strength
Job Description	Production line manegement in proceeding assemblies various kind of bare electronics devices, automobile electric/electronics component, parts to consist consumer oriented finished product(s) and induatrial equipment Establish production plan, management of productions acordingly to the plan, production efficiency evaluation based on the result Management for in-process quality Raw material handling and control Supervising all propduction related equipment and appratus Provide necessary guideline and insrtruction for line workers In charge of customer relationship, assesment for production auditing KAIZEN 5S activity
Place of employment	180 Hatsuma, Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Pref. 1-5-1 Shin-miyakoda, kita-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Pref. 1401 Hirama, Iwata City, Shizuoka Pref.
Anticipated Salary	Upto 5.5 million yen per annum (including bonus and all lother benefit) ※ Salary may vary acordingly to employee's experience and other related expertise
Compensation	Dependency allowance, duty contribution, commuting allowance, rotating shift work compensation, overtime working compensation, housing allowance etc.
Work Hours	08:00 to 17:00 hours ※ May have 2 or 3 shift working when working at Miyakoda Plant.
